Pryia Home Orphanage

Over the world, millions of homeless children are left to fend for themselves on the streets of cities in every poor and developing nation. In Chirala, the CM&E Trust, partnering with the Chikkalas Trust assists Pryia Home to provide food, shelter, healthcare, and education for a number of abandoned children. For example, Pika and her brother, Kyla were left homeless after their father was imprisoned for killing their mother. Simon was only a baby when he was left on the door step of a missionary working in Nagaland. Now, at Pryia Home, they have a safe place to live, learn and grow to their potential. They have a healthy, loving home environment. Some of these children want to be doctors, nurses, pastors, teachers and other professionals—dreams beyond their reach without the Christian care they receive at Pryia Home. Baer Christian Hospital and Clinic also cares for the health needs of these children. The Christian atmosphere of Pryia Home brings Christ’s love and care into the children’s lives. One of these precious children of God can be sponsored for as little as 75 cents a day through the CM&E Trust.
